Vinnies Winter Appeal

Our SVDP Essendon Conference relies on donations from the annual Winter Appeal to support people living right here in our community, in our neighbourhood. Last year, without the plates going around at Masses, donations were significantly down. This year we find ourselves again in lockdown.  Without the usual generous donations from our parishioners, our Conference’s ability to support Companions will be severely limited at a time when the needs are so great. This year, instead of food and blankets, the team are asking for monetary donations so that they can purchase what is needed by Companions (people supported here in Essendon.)
