On Sunday 9th January, our long term faithful parishioner, Bryan Guiney, died peacefully at home. He contributed much to parish life over many decades, and the roses in the parish gardens are but one of his legacies. He was also a skilled handyman who helped with maintenance in many different areas . He will be greatly missed and gratefully and happily remembered. His growing tomato plants are outside my front door, as one of his last generous gestures!
We offer our sympathy to his family and are thankful for his presence here. His funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 18th January here at St Therese’s Church at 11.00am.
